These terms govern access to and use of Jigi, whether hosted on our cloud infrastructure or deployed on-premise under a signed license. By creating a workspace or accepting an invitation, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organisation.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under your credentials. Organisation administrators are responsible for managing employee access within their workspace, including timely deactivation of accounts.

Cloud plans are billed per active employee on a monthly or annual cycle, as selected at checkout. On-premise deployments are licensed for a defined term and module set. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

• Do not attempt to access another tenant’s workspace or data.
• Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the platform without written consent.
• Do not use the platform to store or transmit unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to circumvent license activation or usage limits.

Your organisation retains ownership of all data entered into its workspace. Jigi processes that data solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On cancellation, workspace data remains available for export for a limited recovery window before deletion.

We target high availability for the cloud service and publish planned maintenance in advance where practical. Enterprise plans may include a separately agreed service-level commitment. On-premise deployments are operated and maintained by your organisation.

Jigi and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including its software, design, and trademarks. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform — they do not transfer any ownership of our intellectual property.

Either party may terminate a subscription at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach of these terms, including violations of acceptable use or non-payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jigi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to organisation administrators before taking effect.
