Cookie Policy

Last updated:

A short list, on purpose — Jigi uses far fewer cookies than most SaaS products.

What are cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser that let a site remember information between visits — such as your session, theme preference, or workspace context.

Categories we use

CategoryPurposeCan be disabled
EssentialSession authentication, tenant context, CSRF protection. No — required for the platform to function.
FunctionalRemembers preferences like theme and last-used tenant.Yes, via browser settings.
AnalyticsAggregated product usage to guide roadmap decisions.Yes, via cookie preferences.

Managing cookies

Essential cookies cannot be disabled without breaking sign-in and tenant isolation. Functional and analytics cookies can be blocked from your browser’s privacy settings at any time; doing so may reset saved preferences like theme.

Third-party cookies

Jigi does not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies, where enabled, are first-party and scoped to aggregate product usage — not cross-site tracking.

Changes to this policy

We will update the “last updated” date whenever this policy changes materially.
