How is the per-employee price calculated?

You are billed for active employee accounts each month. Deactivated or archived employees are automatically excluded from your count.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Monthly or annual billing is up to you. Annual billing comes with a discount compared with monthly.
